I strongly object to DA19/0882: Childcare facility being built at 6 Paringa Place BANGOR

The Development Approval plan to build a childcare centre at 6 Paringa Place Bangor, will increase of traffic flow, disrupt the quiet community ambience and family orientated character of Paringa place, will increase the demand on street parking, will increase noise pollution, will decrease land value of our homes and the ineptness of a childcare in a cul-de-sac and the safety of children playing in the street will be compromised. Paringa Place will be transformed from a quiet residential street to a high traffic commercial road.
