Demand an End to Paying Annual Homeowner Association Fees

This petition is in response to the overwhelming request to end the Annual Homeowners Association Fees.  Currently we as a community are paying $200 a year that has resulted in the Homeowners Association Mangement doing nothing to improve the neighborhood.  The entrance is not maintained regularly, the lighting of the Magnolia Walk sign is not illuminated well.  We would like to have security patrol for the neighborhood, there haven't been any contact with the HOA management to address our issues and concerns.  We would like to own our neighborhood and use the monies we have been giving this absentee management for over the last 14 years to make improvements in our neighborhood.
