Stop Allowing Guns at Traffic Stops!

Too many are being murdered by police for a traffic stop! Why is it necessary to bring a gun? Police have Billy clubs, pepper spray, tasers & handcuffs. If they can't be trained to use just those items in a stop then there is a serious problem in how Departments are run.. They need to retrain ALL Police Departments in non-lethal tactics.
