Wow, the Supreme Court is going to rule on a case that could determine whether or not Trump can appear on the 2024 presidential ballot. They are expected to make a ruling in just a matter of weeks.
This case is seeking to disqualify Trump under the 14th Amendment, because of his involvement in the Capitol insurrection. See Section 3 of the 14th Amendment: "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress… or hold any office…who, having previously taken an oath...to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the [Constitution]."
Don't just sit back and let them make the decision in a vacuum. Raise your voice, and let them know Americans care about this case. Trump should absolutely be disqualified from running for president again. With the Supreme Court deciding this case in several weeks, we need to raise our voices and demand they disqualify Trump from the 2024 ballot for the sake of our democracy.
