Save the Cave

The initiative "Save the Cave" has started as result of the demages caused by human activities inside and outside area of the Cave of Gadime locaed in Kosovo. This cave is 200 million years old and is known internationally for its unique marbled crystals in Europe. 

Above the Cave was constructed a water reservoir which is preventing the normal circulation of water within the Cave. In order to this, the Cave has started to have serious damages and many unique crystals are drying up.
