Unlace The Lacey Act

"Species listed as injurious may not be imported or transported between States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or any territory or possession of the U.S. by any means without a permit issued by the Service" (WWW.FWS.ORG) A selection of four reptiles have been added to this list, all four of which people in the reptile community see as viable pets. To our community, these scaly friends are as much of a part of the family as any other "conventional" pet. We feel this act could become a precedence for what is to come. I ask you help Us protect our scaly family as we would protect your furry or otherwise family.
