Stop Development of the land

We the undersigned petition the City of Oshawa and Durham Regional Counselors to maintain the zoning of the property surrounding the Harmony Valley Park, located to the West, Southwest and South and East of the park, as recreational and open space.  This land should be protected from all forms of development and the natural environment should be preserved for the health of the flora, fauna and citizens of Oshawa.
