Year Round School; End Summer Break!!!

I believe our American youth are under educated. The USA has no plausible reason to continue to restrain it's youths' potential. Globally, America is on top of many lists. Why isn't the future of our country our #1 priority? Our youth are at a disadvantage before they even realize it.
Summer break is as an antiquated idea as Daylight Savings. Once upon a time it was necessary; yet exists solely as a vestigial structure from our agricultural history.
