Recent surveillance
footage from Anaheim, California shows yet another shocking instance of animal abuse.
The video depicts a woman holding a plastic bag with a poor dog stuffed into it. Moments later,
she is seen throwing the bag over the fence of an animal hospital, knocking off part of the fence's
spike strip in the process.
Luckily, the dog -- an adorable male Maltese mix -- was recovered before it was too late.
But the pup still suffered clear and serious injuries that required treatment by vets onsite.Sign now to tell Anaheim authorities to seek justice for this poor pup!To make matters worse,
this clearly was not the only sign of abuse of the poor dog. When the center's medical director found the animal, he said there were
clear indicators that the dog had been neglected. The dog's fur was
deeply matted, and there were allegedly fleas all over the poor animal's body.
A person who would commit this kind of act is not suited to own animals in the future, and should absolutely be given mental health treatment.
