Tell Texas to Stop Criminalizing Drugs!

Okay, hear me out. Many of you might be thinking that drugs are bad because they damage a person's mental health and can lead them to do bad things. While this is true, the illegality of it only makes things worse. In order to truly end drug abuse, we must first stop criminalizing it. When drugs are involved, everyone is a victim, including the person taking them. Instead of putting mentally ill people in jail/prison for drug possession, we should try to rehabilitate them instead. That way, we will have a society full of healthy, recovered individuals that can inspire others to follow a safe recovery route before things get out of hand. It is never to late to be brand new! Also, I only need signatures, no money.
