Put an end to the "Bad Dog List" in Florida

I am trying to rent an apartment. I own a German Shepherd Service Dog. No one will allow me to rent because German Shepherd Dogs are on the "Bad Dog List" of their Insurance companies. Just because the Police use them to catch criminals, does not mean that they are bad dogs.
