Recall of Warner Springs Ranch Board of Directors

Our current Board of Directors are unable to complete business nessesary to sucessfully close the Ranch. This in part attributed to haveing only 6 Board members. This has resulted in many dead lock votes of three to three. There seems to be a blatint animosity between the board members. At every board meeting the behaivior is disruptive and enrages the Owners that attend these meetings.
