Stop T-Mobile's Installation of Wireless Towers among Los Altos Hills Homes

T-mobile is proposing to install three new wireless antenna towers in the Los Altos Hills residential neighborhood. We are concerned that these towers will be detrimental to our beautiful landscape, pose health risks to our residents, and open the door for other wireless companies to do the same.
We, the undersigned, petition that you reject the proposal put forth by T-mobile Inc. to install three (3) wireless antennas in the residential neighborhood.
Our concerns are as follows:
1. The proposed wireless facility would consist of three antennas at 47 feet above the ground in a residential zone will be extremely unsightly for the neighborhood and will adversely impact the unique natural landscape Los Altos Hills has preserved so well for so long.
2. Unlike a wireless phone, which can be turned off, the antennas would constantly emit radiofrequencies. The three antennas located within the residential homes may pose health hazards to the residents and is a potential legal liability for the city.
3. Allowing T-Mobile Inc. to install these antennas in the middle of our residential community will invite other telecommunication companies to do likewise. It will negatively impact the aesthetics and properties value of Los Altos Hills.
