End horse kill pens

Horses are starved and tortured, they are put in pens that are little as a horse stall and each one has like 5, all cramped in there. They kill them by shooting them in the head then hanging them. Kill pens kill over 5000 horses ever year. Stop this horrible thing so horses can live a happy life, be free, and they don't have to worry what is coming next.
