Kicking a person out of the apartmen complex

We are here to let you know
That everyone else in this apartment complex are having with the neighbors girlfriend in number 8 harassing other neighbors and kids and go and in the middle of the we could hear hear the neighbor and her fighting and screaming toel esch other and she disconects the wash and dryer so that ways we wont use it she tells were not allowed to use it and other neigbors from this aparment complex already complaining about neighbor in number 8 girlfriend always making noice we had told to stop and she had called the cops on us for false acusation
