Racism

Why is it racist for a white person to say something about a black person after they have killed someone, but it's not considered racist when a black person (the spokesperson for the Democrats can saythey want a President who is not pale and not male, to me that is extremely racist and sexist. I am getting very tired of the blacks thinking they should run this country.
