Iced coffee and beverages from cafes that comes in a plastic cup with a straw is a leading cause of plastic pollution in cities. The non reusable cups and straws litter every street corner. Iced coffee works just as well in a paper cup, I've been doing it for years. Why did this become the norm? Plastic drink cups must be outlawed as there is no reason they exist in the first place.
