82 counts of animal cruelty

Bobby and Rebecca Phillips, owners of Phillips Agri in Campbellsville, KY has been charged with 82 counts of animal cruelty. Last week, animal control completed a welfare check on their breeding facility and what they found was beyond sickening! The animals were living in their own waste. Hair matted so bad that shaving them will be the only option. Male dogs testicles were stuck to the skin by dried feces! The Phillips’ court date is March 26th at 9am.
