This Historic building is in danger of being sold off to a private developer. This petition proposes designating the property as a public park, ensuring its continued enjoyment and access by Boulder City residents and visitors. park status would provide protections and also help set the stage for restoration and cleanup efforts to commence.

The building sits between the Community Gardens and Reflections Park and we propose combining all 3 properties into a place of retreat and enjoyment by all.
