Demand a law change on pet stores and animal breeders, now!

Tully's kennels here in Omaha inspired me to start this. I am asking my fellow Nebraskans to sign his petition, for our state to instate that puppies at breeders and puppy stores REQUIRE the cage be 12 inches longer that the puppy at all 4 sides. (If more than one puppy 12 inches longer than the puppies on all sides than the 2-3 puppies lined up.
That full wire cages be prohibited so the puppies aren't walking on bare wire, at the bare minimum require that the puppies have to be walking on plastic.
REQUIRE pet stores to give out breeder names so customers can do research and REQURE breeders to have no more than 26 adult dogs at a facility.
REQUIRE breeders to document every litter, and stop breeding the dog after 4 litters of puppies.
REQUIRE the kennels be cleaned every hour, clean or dirty.
REQUIRE food and water bowls. No rabbit water jugs for dogs/cats/puppies/kittens
