The language, musical, and physical arts are not assesible to eveyone. Mostly rich people who have all the wealth or those in abject poverty if and when they can find the right resources. And that is rare. Arts are humanity and should be given to evey grown up and child. A safe space to explore and learn about your own and others people hearts.
