Judge The Breed Not The Deed.

The issue being petitioned is specific dog breed city ban of Pitbulls,and Pitbull mixes in our great city of Parma,Missouri located inside of New Madrid County,Missouri. My concern with this ban is that responsible dog owners,and their pets alike are being discriminated against due to other peoples irresponsible practices,and lack of proper pet care, and ownership.We the petitioners are seeking that the ban be put to ballot so that we as a whole can vote the ban on pitbulls out, or that it is left as it is.
