We want Polish LoL server

Polish people playing Lol are extrodinary players who can manage to SUCK at everything, starting from champion pick, summoner spell pick, defining their position in map or lane, weird or really WTF builds, disabled kids logic (really be aware, maybe polish youngsters have some kind of retardation, check it) to spamming, non stop spamming and unbearable spamming and shitting on everyone and everything and also blaming the same never realizing they are THE PROBLEM making our games non-playable. This became a real problem since a lot of 12~yr old Polish kids are acting like all knowing geniuses are playing LoL and we would appreciate making a Polish server especially for them. Thank you.
