Your last will and testament..or is it?

If you are of sound mind and you have a legal will created it is your right to have that will executed in the way that you want. I created this petition because of the recent case where a daughter who ran away with her mothers boyfriend and had 5 children with him felt she had a right to the money her mother didn't want her to have, and she was awarded a third of her estate. Her will was not to have this happen. I would like to think that when I die I can leave my money to whomever I want but this has made me realise that might not be the case. What is the point in having this "legal" system where you pay for the right to rest in peace knowing your assets will be distributed as clearly stated in your last will and testament. The fact that this can be overturned by the system that assures you the peace of mind in the first place is wrong.
