Stopping animals suffering in Indonesia's Surayaba zoo.

Zoos are meant to be a great place for animals but in Indonesia's Surayaba Zoo it's the opposite.

Animals are either in tiny cages, concrete enclosures or small grass enclosures with rats all in them.

This zoo doesn't breed animals at all, the animals are either lonely in single cages by themselves or cramped up in the wrong enclosure.

These animals are starved and aren't eating the right food that they should be. A few weeks ago a giraffe died with 21kgs of plastic in its stomach.

The legs of these animals are chained to the enclosure with no room to do any activity or even walk around. The lions and tigers show all the signs of going completely crazy.
