Stop feeding our babies poison now!

As a first time parent I was horrified to learn that there are testable levels of lead, arsenic and cadmium in baby food. Regular or organic, several different brands, such as Gerber and Earths Best, meals and snacks like teething wafers.
This information is available to the public on the consumer reports website. It should BY LAW be required for these companies to display this information on the FRONT of their packages. Considering doctors believe lead is a possible cause of autism, it is very disturbing that parent here in the U.S. are unknowingly feeding it to their babies. It is completely UNACCEPTABLE that the FDA allows these foods to be sold to babies who are most vulnerable to heavy metals.
The report does show that some companies tested lower for these heavy metals. So it is possible for the others to follow suit even if that means replacing their machinery or changing their policies. Please sign and demand with me that these practices be stopped immediately for the safety, health and well being of our children.
