End Harmful Psychological Experiments on Animals

The issue is the harmful and dangerous psychological experiments on animals. The animals tested are normally chimpanzees because they are most similar to humans. The testing is reported "humane" but in videos of the experiments it is clearly seen that the tests are nowhere near humane. The tests and actions done to these poor animals is cruel and needs to be stopped.
