Conjugal Visits for Georgia Prisons

Georgia is 3rd in the country with highest rate of inmates many of them with 10 yrs or more. We need to promote healthy marital bonds. It would give inmates an incentive to stay out of trouble, help with their rehabilitation by keeping down alot of the violence that stems from frustration.
