Domestic Violence Victim Losses Her Housing

My friend meet her ex/abuser on the internet, he is a preacher's son and months after the debacle was over, he called HUD, claiming she was involved in fraud with him. She is a disabled individual suffering from bi-polar and PTSD. She survived domestic violence at his hands from 2005-2007. Due to the domestic violence in the home, HUD is alleging fraud and her ex/abuser called them (stating he lived with her). She was terminated from the Section 8 program  2 ½ years ago. She became homeless and now lives in transitional housing. Suddenly, HUD shows back up at her door saying they are going to prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law. The case was closed over 2 ½ years ago, these adverse actions are unwarranted by HUD. I urge you to sign this petition to help my dear friend.
