PLANT A TREE TODAY.
I went without buying tree products for the family such as: toilet paper, baby tissues, ladies paper towels and lots of things that involved a once living tree.
I managed to do this for one day, then a week, then some weeks, then a month, then a year went by and now for 20 years I have not bought any tissue paper. I now reflect upon a recent calculation, that on average one person uses up about £20,000 or $20,000 in just not buying toilet paper in a life time and this doesn't include all the other products.
Immagine what you could do with all that saved money? How odd on reflection that we work so hard to get that amount of money, only to pay someone to cut down a beautiful tree, eg a Pine tree or a Red Wood Tree or trees from the forest...even worse that Rain Forests..the lungs of this earth!...Immagine all that time off your life, to earn £20,000 or $20,000 only to buy toilet, tissue and other wood products and then wipe ones....and throw it down the toilet! Its sounds so insane doesn't it? But its what we do!
On a delicate matter, for people needing personal pads especially ladies and babies, one can reduce the pads made from wood products buy using reusuable pads. Even a simple towel rolled up, washed and water etc disposed of responsibly (perhaps in composting,) will save you even more money. After a total average rough research, one can save over
£ / $ 20,000 to £ / $ 40,000 by reducing or opting out of using paper tissue products but opting for alternative products.
It would be well worth investing a shower head, or alternatives to clean ones bottom... and besides a clean bottom makes better environmental sense, kinder on the trees, kinder on the lungs of the world, kinder on the animals, kinder on our pockets and CERTAINLY KINDER ON OUR LOV LIFE COS U WILL SMELL SO MUCH SWEETER AND SQUEEEEKY CLEAN.
