Demand to dissolve ethnic scholarship separation

Scholarships for students are separated by race and ethnicity. American/English people have more options for scholarships than Asians, Blacks, Arabs, Hispanic, etc. This should be illegal after all this country was founded upon the idea that all men are created equal. Racism has become a crime and somehow it exists within the leaders of the U.S. It is in our constitution and every single citizen of the United States deserves equal rights especially in education. The separation on race and ethnicity in scholarships needs to be abolished. All races and ethnicity should have the same number of options. No scholarship or internship should be directed towards one race or the other. The solution is rather simple and the problem is silly and pathetic.
