SUPPORT EDRALENE, RONELLE, & FEL JANE’S SPONSORHIP: KEEP A VALUED EDUCATOR IN GUARDIAN

Please Help Edralene, Ronelle & Jane Stay for the Children Who Know and Trust Them ❤️

For young children, familiar faces, trusted relationships and consistency matter deeply. The relationships children build with their educators help them feel safe, supported and confident, especially during their important Kindergarten years.

We are asking Guardian Childcare & Education to please reconsider the circumstances of Edralene (Ms. Edz), Ronelle and Jane, and explore any appropriate sponsorship pathways that may allow them to continue working with the children and families they have come to know and care for.

All three educators are Diploma-qualified Lead Educators who have dedicated years of their lives to the children, families and Guardian community.

Edralene (Ms. Edz) has almost four years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care and will reach four years by February 2027. As a Lead Educator in the Kindergarten room, she has built strong and meaningful relationships with the children and families she supports.

Ronelle has three years of service with Guardian and is a Lead Educator. During this time, she has developed meaningful relationships with the children and families and has become a familiar and trusted educator within the centre community.

Jane also has three years of service with Guardian and works as a Lead Educator. She has built strong connections with the children and families and brings valuable experience, care and consistency to the team.

    Keeping these educators would provide:

    • Stability and familiarity for children who have grown comfortable and confident with their educators.
    • Continuity of care from educators who understand each child's individual personality, interests, strengths and needs.
    • Experienced leadership within the Kindergarten room and the wider centre environment.
    • Strong relationships with families built through years of trust, communication and care.
    • Consistency for children with behavioural, developmental or additional needs, who can particularly benefit from familiar educators and established relationships.

Their visas are also approaching important deadlines. Edralene's visa expires on 12 February 2027, Ronelle's visa expires in March 2027, and Fel Jane's visa expires on 6 December 2027.

These educators do not simply want to remain because it is a job. They want the opportunity to continue doing the work they love, with the children they have cared for and the families who have placed their trust in them.

For many of these children, Edralene, Ronelle and Fel Jane are more than educators. They are familiar faces, trusted relationships and an important part of the children's Kindergarten journey.

We respectfully ask Guardian to consider their dedication, experience and contribution to the children and the wider community, and to explore whether an appropriate sponsorship pathway may be available for them.

Please sign and share this petition to show Guardian how much Edralene, Ronelle and Fel Jane's continued presence means to the children, families and Kindergarten community. ❤️

Every signature is a small way of showing how valued these educators are and how important continuity, stability and familiar relationships are to our children.
