De-Extinct Plants and Animals Protection

In the Jurassic Park films, Created Extinct Animals and Plants have no rights and are treated as weapons to replace troops on the ground. In the reality, The Brought Back Extinct animals should not have to be treated as soldiers or be abused by us. Every Extinct Plant and Animal from every Era in history that includes the dinosaurs must have the right to have male and female families and have start their own families. Sadly, In the wild of today, Most habitats have been destroyed or changed through out The history of earth. We however can recreate their habitats in zoos or wild life protection places in the world. The mission of this Animal protection act is to ensure that every species of Extinct animal and plant have the right to regrow the populations in captivity. The Reason why In captivity is because Some of the De- Extinct animals like the dinosaurs might endangered the animals of today.

These creatures were here before, when and after us evolved.

The last thing in this petition is to declare Genetic modified hybrid illegal. However, Extinct Plants and Animals can be created by A transgenic Chimera. Chimeras can lay eggs or give birth only to An extinct plant or animal if it's reproductive organs are present.
