Conflict of interest

People should sign this petition because this law protect doctors and lawyers, when they give malpractice or mispresent poor people.
The law say before a person take a doctor or lawyer to court, he or she has to have a perfessional testify against there colleague.
It is very expensive to pay a doctor or lawyer to testify, the jurors should decide after they here the case rather or not they need a testimony of a perfessional, this law is set up to protect doctors and lawyers and to prevent the poor from defending themselves.
