Legalize golf cart traffic in Olney Il

This has been brought up before the City Council some time back,they had advised that they were not interested I recieved a ticket for operating a cart on the road I am looking for signature's to try and get this changed,so if they are not willing to adress this then they need to look at the electric wheel chairs,motorized bicycle's,and the other electric means of transportation I Realize these means of transportation are for the disabled, but I am disabled also and I feel my cart is alot safer than these wheelchairs are. Cart traffic is permited in Noble, Claremont, and other surrounding towns in Richland County
