Reduce MI Prison Costs: Tethers for "Non-Violent" Prisoners With 18 mos.Or Less

Tell Governor Snyder to immediately reduce MI taxpayers costs by implementing tethers for "non-violent" prisoners with sentences of 18 mos.or less.

This would immediately save MI taxpayers thousands,by eliminating costs of housing,medical,food and other related costs for those prisoners. It also would reduce the overcrowding issue.

And with no harm to public safety.
