STOP POLICE BRUTALITY

I am calling for stricter gun laws and advanced law enforcement training. Every day Someone is shot and killed by a police officer, upon further research according to The Washington Post " 68% of people in california have been killed because of law enforcement" followed by 30% of people with an unknown race, 8% White, 8% black, and 19% Hispanic. This needs to stop because The Washington Post says that 11% of the people police kill are mentally incompetent.
