Is Rachelle Trinidad a good Vice President?

Rachelle is not responsible. She plays around to much and then gets mad if you don't work. During her speech she made irrelevant comments due to her life not the schools topic that day. She misses out important events from the school and if you lend her a hand she gets mad.
