My Name is Mark Hensley. I am a 41 year old male. I am an Honorably Discharge United State Army Veteran. I have worked in Emergency/Traumatic medicine in our local community sense 2002 and in other locations since 1993. I suffer from Tourette's Syndrome, PTSD, OCD, as well as ADHD. I went out on Private Disability Insurance on February 15, 2015 from my employer, LEGACY MEDICAL SYSTEMS.
I have Suffered 8 arrests between the dates of February 28, 2015 through May 9, 2016. There is not a credible Victim to any of my alleged offenses with exception of Lieutenant Roy Rhine of the Ridgefield police. I have placed over 45 calls to the Clark County Crisis Service as well as Countless calls to 911.
During this period of my life, I have lost my children, had my $762,000 farm house destroyed by vandals, lost my wife, lost my job and my brother committed suicide over This matter. I need to know how this is aloud to happen? Because it involves so many local agencies, I believe the proper Federal Agency should investigate ME to figure out how this has happened. This is a MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE, not a criminal matter on my part. I am the VICTIM and need to understand why nobody cares.
