Mandatory Shade / Water for All free Range Grass Fed Cattle and Farm Raised Animals in California

I need your support by signing this petition on helping me create a bill that passes as mandatory law in California, for the well being of all cattle and farm animals to have enough shade and water for all; Specially when placed in opened fields / farms in any type of season and weather.

Even though I do not like to see animals being raised for human consumption, I believe we animal lovers need to be a voice for their wellbeing.

No animal should suffer at all, and if we can help educate farmers in providing shade and water at all, perhaps less animals will suffer heat exhaustion or in winter time freezing exposure.
