Demand Law Enforcment Investigate Horse Abuse Photos

As a community against animal abuse these photos have been cause for concern.  This petition is to raise awareness and ask law inforcement to investigae take approprate action.  This petition will be forwarded to the proper authorites so they can further investigate and proceed accordingly.

We hope this bring awareness and change. There are laws that protect animals, let's enforce them
