I Demand justice for the injured innocent people and one Death

By creating this petition it gives not only the people that were injured And One Death in this horrific accident it justifies how messed up the court system is. It’s not right for a person to be under a substance and be able to cause a loss and get away with it is not right. I Don’t Feel any type of safe with this man out in the streets without any type of citation or jail time. If you really think about this could of been anyone’s loved ones every yours.
