Feed U.S. teenagers and young children so they dont resort to sex (or crime) for food

I am a mother of two children who are now grown and have children of their own. I had to rely on welfare and food stamps when they were young because I was a single mother (father took off and never looked back). I was fortunate to have parents who cared enough to help me, but not everyone is that blessed. Many of these children live in homes where their parents lost jobs due to the cut in the industrial infrastructure across the board in the country and Obamas thoughtless closing of coal mines and related work, which he sent to foreign countries, cut Americans throats, and caused starvation and hopelessness in our people. This is the United States not a third world country, we should care enough to do more to help children, without making them feel self conscience about it. I suggest we take donations of food, clothes and money directly to the schools and allow children to visit and shop (for free) to get what they need to sustain their lives. An honest loving and caring person would donate time to make sure the shopping was done with respect and no child would be bullied or feel embarrassment by visiting the shop. Appointments can be made and exceptions allowed for special cases of acute need. A shop can be put in an inconspicuous place and open before or after school so kids can shop without fear of reprisal.
