THIS is what happens at tri-county animal shelter to decide whether the dog is aggressive. As you can see the dog is being purposely provoked in ways that could mentally and physically harm him. The dog is obviously frightened and is already entering the shelter with a negative attitude that could actually LEAD to aggressiveness as a self defence mechanism! As for the physical harm, the dog is being dragged around by the neck and hit several times. I do not find this in any way a professional method to assess the dogs' behaviour.
I am asking to assess the EMPLOYEES methods instead, either by employing actual professionals or to provide TRAINING! This is a horrid method and if nothing will be done we will legally ask for an investigation to be taken instead!

EDIT: Tri County animal shelter is a no-kill facility and have very humane and respectul beliefs. We only need the employees to comply with them!
