As of right now in Poland the law is on side of animals, there is thousands and thousands of animals confiscated from farms, breeders, fur farms and obusive owners. If the new law would be in effect today many many animals would be dead or kept in unhumane conditions. " If the law would be in effect they wouldn't be going to these places to pick up alive animals and give them a chance but to pick up the corps" - one of the workers stated in a TV interview! Right now the law says that if an animal looks like it's being starved or obused you have the right to act without waiting for local authorities. NOT TO MENTION THAT MOST OF PEOPLE THAT ARE THE VOTERS ON THIS LAW THATS BEING PROPOSED ARE PEOPLE WITH ANIMAL OBUSE RECORDS THAT WERE OFFICIALLY CHARGED , some are fur farm owners some breeders, when that was said they replied that's its good to see things from a side of a old breeder. This is absurd!!!!!! The obusers get to make the law that will allow even more obuse to poor animals that can't help themselves!!!! If the new law goes into effect, there is one vet for a county that can go with you to the place where the obuse happens and would sign off on it then the animal could be taken away - problem there these vets say they are slammed as is and they don't have time for interventions so with that said these animals are left helpless and hopeless ! THOSE CHANGES ARE BEING PROPOSED BY A PARTY CALLED "PREVENTION TO ANIMAL CRUELTY, LAWS OF ANIMAS, and ANIMAL OWNERS AND FARMS" in Polish Government, we have to get this out there, we can't let that happen, they need to see the whole world cares, they are trying to swipe this quietly under the carpet we can't let that happen!
