Tell Georgia Aquarium to Suspend Alleged Dolphin Abuser!

A video shows trainer José Luis Barbero appearing to abuse dolphins at a marine park in Mallorca, Spain. Despite this disturbing footage, the Georgia Aquarium welcomed Barbero as a consultant in January, and announced plans to make him senior vice president of the park.
The video shows Barbero appearing to hit, kick, jump on and scream curse words at dolphins in his care. Though it is a compilation video, even one instance of apparent abuse toward dolphins should warrant an investigation. Yet Mike Leven, CEO of Georgia Aquarium, has no concerns.
Barbero's alleged dolphin abuse should be thoroughly investigated before he is allowed to work with the animals again. Please sign the petition to urge Georgia Aquarium to suspend Barbero unless a full investigation proves that he didn't abuse animals in his care!
