Stop bullies

As a victim of school bully I notice my nightmare didn't end , there are student and adults who suffer bully and unfairness in their life and end up suicide .We often blame what a child has become when they turn adult but never question what changes an innocent into a monster. People who are responsible gets away from it yet no one notice bully is a big problem .it might not be an direct assault however it can twist a child's future or even makes them suicide and give up on themselves . Bully is not just in schools or to children , it is everywhere and the nightmare never seems to end , it has to be concern and fix , please help.
