Return Cecil's Head to Zimbabwe

Appeal to the Head of Zimbabwe to demand Cecil Roar's Head be returned to Zimbabwe where he can be honored and remembered as a National Treasure. Walter Palmer had no right to behead and skin Cecil because he had no right to lure Cecil off the Preserve where Cecil was safe.
