The point of this petition is to get the Pasco County District Attorney to re-review the case against Shannon Garza; these babies mom. Shannon Garza claims the kids started the fire with her torch lighter.
Miah and Micah were 3yr old twins who died when their mobile home caught fire on November 12, 2012. Their mother was to worried about saving the house then her kids and went outside to get a hose to spray the house leaving her babies trapped inside.
At the hospital they found Crystal Meth in Shannon Garza's system and they also found a crack pipe in the rubble. Shannon Garza was interviewed twice by the same investigator and both times the stories were pretty different; if you have nothing to hide or aren't lying or making things up then why are there so many inconsistencies in what you had said.
I feel Shannon Garza should be held accountable for her actions regarding her indifference to her childrens' lives and I hope you feel the same way.
