Justice for Chincee

Chincee and Max were in a fenced in yard 10-15 ft away from sidewalk and tho they barked when neighbors came to fence they wanted to be pet. Friends of friendshave come in my yard , my kids friends ..they would only lick you never hurt you. 
On 3-9-13 Joel Jackson wasnt walking by he was sitting in his house 3 doors down heard them bark got his pellet gun put on his coat with intent to shoot. He needs out of our neighborhood and in jail.
